Mutual open communication is a requirement for such customer satisfaction. During the course of development, if changes are desired, it is your responsibility to communicate that. If the desired changes are within the scope of WeBasics+, we will be happy to accommodate you.
Full payment is due when you are satisfied with the final product development (to be indicated by you through email). Receipt of payment constitutes satisfaction with the product development. Fee(s) for future additions, changes, and monthly maintenance, after original product/service payment has been made, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis through discussion with you. To inquire about such future options, contact WeBasics+.
Monthly website maintenance fees/services are subject to change, as determined by WeBasics+. If the need for such change(s) arise, you are free to opt-out at the beginning of the next month.
